You are most welcome to our home “seeyouatcourt.com”. If you are visiting us to share your personal litigation experience or legal knowledge or if you are here to gain insight and or legal knowledge and encouragement on how to litigate an issue of bother in your life, then you have come to the right place. Litigation is a minefield if you are not a solicitor and can be quite a daunting experience as the courts, solicitors, barristers and sometimes the police all stick together to protect and promote one another to the extent that the whole court experience can often be likened to a mafia set-up ganging up an on innocent, defenceless person; but does that then mean that we should give-in without a fight? No, that is definitely the wrong approach, so for those that would always challenge an injustice; please listen, share, read, contribute and grow in knowlede and experience.

The reality is that a vast majority of the population cannot afford to hire the services of a solicitor and the legal profession is the most protected species on the planet. Even though this site is targeted to to help individuals who wish to litigate their cause by themselves, we often get our learned friends as visitors and contributors to our blog and to whom we are most grateful.

Every area of law is welcome, be it Criminal; Family, Civil litigation, Landlord & Tenant;

Compensation Claims; Motor Accident Claims; Conveyancing; Immigration law etc etc etc; You name it, we welcome it on here. We will discuss, share and grow together. We encourage everyone to share their real life legal experiences or legal worries on our blog and everyone’s issue will be looked at with understanding and gratitude as every idea and or real life experience is most valuable as we embark on this journey to DIY law.

We have been fortunate enough to have experienced a vast majority of most areas of law and even if you cannot get help for your needs on this site, we are often in a good position to offer you the best referral that is targeted to best assist you in your specific area of need.

A problem shared is a problem halved; so sit tight, be bold, share your problem and get help or share your experience and enrich others.

Thank you,
Kenneth.
